To celebrate MIT's Cambridge centennial, marking 100 years since the Institute's move across the river from Boston to Cambridge, Human Resources is spearheading a profile project focusing on one MIT employee from each decade (1916-1920, 1921-1930, 1931-1940, etc.). The profiles will be posted on the MIT 2016 website in the months to come.

If there are extraordinary employees from your area from the past and/or present who would make for interesting profiles, please email Janet Walzer, director of communications in HR, at janetbw@mit.edu. For example, did an employee from your area do something noteworthy in the 1950s that others should know about? Is that conference room you meet in regularly named after an employee we should highlight? Human Resources wants to hear from you!
