Nominations for MIT's annual Awards Convocation are being accepted now through Friday, March 12.
Encompassing more than 30 awards across many areas and departments, the Awards Convocation honors those — including students, faculty and staff — who have made special contributions to the life of the MIT community. The winners will be announced during the convocation, which will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, in 10-250.

- Read the award descriptions online at http://web.mit.edu/awards.
- Write a letter of nomination, describing why the nominee is worthy of the award.
- Send letters of nomination to the MIT Awards Committee by e-mail to awards@mit.edu (attachments preferred) or by mail to Room W32-135. Deadline for nominations is Friday, March 12, 2010.
