All members of the MIT community are invited to share their favorite
MIT stories on Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 2-4 p.m. in Building N51 (the MIT
Museum) during a forum to generate ideas for the MIT 150 Exhibition
that will open in January 2011.
In 2011, MIT will commemorate its 150th anniversary in celebrations that will be groundbreaking, participatory and focused on communicating the distinctive values of the Institute to the wider community.
The MIT Museum is "co-creating" an exhibition with the MIT community that will feature 150 compelling artifacts. All are invited to participate in a special design workshop to help develop the exhibition themes and content.
No limit but advance sign up required by Jan. 15. To register please contact Deborah G. Douglas at 617-253-1766 or ddouglas@mit.edu. For more information, visit http://museum.mit.edu/150/.
