Steel erection continues on the eighth floor, as well as on the north and south portion of the site and above the railroad tracks. Albany Street between the Albany Street garage and Main Street will remain closed through spring or summer; vehicles exiting the garage must turn left.

Building 48

Public access to the building is limited to the third and fourth floors; all other areas are restricted to construction personnel. Occasional shutdowns for water and fire alarm testing are expected to continue through the end of the project; those directly affected by the shutdowns will be notified in advance.

Waverly Street/West Campus

Drainage work continues along Waverly Street between Chestnut and Albany streets. Similar work on Sidney Street between Pacific and Merriam Street will begin soon.
