Community reception Monday to honor Paul and Priscilla Gray

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The MIT community is invited to a musical, conversational and gastronomical celebration in honor of Paul and Priscilla Gray on Monday, June 3 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Gray House, the president's house at 111 Memorial Drive which has been renamed in their honor.

President Charles Vest and Rebecca Vest are hosting the reception, which will feature Jay Keyser and his band and will kick off Commencement week.

The President's House was dedicated as Gray House in a ceremony on April 5. The plaque on the Gray House says:

GRAY HOUSE

Named in honor of Paul E. Gray (Class of 1954) and Priscilla K. Gray in recognition of their outstanding contributions as leaders of the Institute community during more than four decades, including their years in residence at the House as President and First Lady of MIT from 1980 to 1990.
